Load a setup from disk: When saving a setup a number of parameters get saved with the setup. This may or may not be useful. E.g. when an OSCresponder was created with a certain IP and the setup gets opened within a different network the IP-address may differ. Hence, it is useful to either create an OSCreponder not bound to a specific IP-address or assign a new valid IP-address. This interface gives the user the possibility to adjust the recreation of the setup suitable for the current environment.
